2. If you decide to purchase the Shepherd's Hut pay a non-refundable 20% deposit.

3. Arrange and confirm a delivery method and date (N.B. buyer pays for delivery).

4. Pay remaining 80% at least 48 hours before the delivery date.

5. Receive Shepherd's Hut. You will love it.

Personal Use Only

In general, planning permission is not required if only use is for personal use but every council is different so please check to be sure.

Commercial use / Hybrid Use

If used for commercial purposes or a hybrid of commercial and personal it is more than likely that some form of planning permission will be required. It is important that you look into this and fulfil any requirements. There are a few exceptions to the above but the scope is fairly limited. Please contact me for further details.
